United website premature?
This has happened before with manutd.com and you have to imagine some web master somewhere is getting a bollocking tonight.

Just lazy journalism
This is because the utd website stores a profile for all the players we are either linked with or play against. If you get the link to the Ozil profile you can change the playerid at the end of the link and get loads of different players. I think utd have also issues a statement to the same effect, if it appeared in the first team squad section then it would be interesting but this is a non story.
