Javier Hernandez continued his impressive European form by scoring a brace against the defending French champions as Manchester United move on to the round of 8 in the UEFA Champion's League. United fielded a side that included John O'Shea and Wes Brown in defense as Nemanja Vidic was a late scratch and Rafael was being rested following Saturday's FA Cup game that saw him playing on the wing.
