has ferguson time to build another great team ? yes
So far this offseason we have signed Jones and Young , and have spent over 30m pounds so far . We also need a replacement for Van der sar and for Paul Scholes and neither replacements will come cheap . We might also see him buy another midfielder or 2 to replace Hargreeves and Gibson , which could take our spending close to the 100m pound mark .
Looking to the future we have a great young defence in place with Smalling , Jones and the Da Silva twins , and we also have Rooney , Hernandez and Wellbeck as our young attacking future . The place where we are lacking youth is midfield and i see this area as next on sir Alex's list with Ashley Young the start of things to come , and i have no doubt he will build a great midfield like the days of Giggs , Beckham , Keane and Scholes .
The future looks in safe hands but how many years will ferguson go on , will he be around when this team will hit their peak ? I hope so , i like evey man u fan wants ferguson to go on forever but if if he does retire in the next couple of years he will have left man u with another great team and will complete his legacy as the best football manager in the history if the game .

Wiht the recent investment in youth
And with players such as Hernandez, Smalling, Rafael, Fabio and Welbeck only going to get better…. Prehaps he has already built another great team….. The potential is there without doubt
Defensively, we're set
De Gea, Rafael, Smalling, Jones, Fabio.
I still have high hopes for Cleverley in midfield, too.
"Can Manchester United score? They always score... Peter Schmeichel is forward... Beckham, in towards Schmeichel- it's come for Dwight Yorke. Cleared... Giggs with a shot- SHERINGHAM!"
Have we actually signed De Gea? I see so many counting him but I haven’t really seen anything official. That said, I haven’t been looking that closely.
i reckon this upcoming season might be Fergie's second to the last one.
"And Solskjaer has won it!"
