As football is getting evolved day by day with new strategies emerging.Especially after barcelona's dominance every team is trying to play the high pressing game..if not the tiki taka which they do.But the main feature of there game is the way they get the ball back from opponent(the way they do it is just awesome..).

We played 2 finals against them and we lost both and i feel the reason being our inefficiency against high pressing game.

Everyteam which plays high pressing game makes us look very ordianry. Our main strength usually have been our

wing play during this time. But as our midfield cannot sustain pressure of facing 2 against 3 or some times even 2

good players we are not able to make proper passes in the final third. Following are the teams which have recently

demolished our midfield.when they played with intensity.

Barcelona:- we are still no match for them in terms of quality,may be we can win only because we have a better attitude.

Athletic Bilbao:- Both matches we could not create clear cut chances and we looked very ordnary against a mid-table side.

Wigan:- We probably lost the last years tittle because of that.without scholes we just could not handle the pressure and failed against them.

Liverpool:-we were lucky to win at andfield this time,we hardly created any chance even when they were 10 men.

Tottenham:-we lost because of our 1st half performance in second half we could only create chance because they let us create the chances.If they had played with the same intensity it would had been 3-0 and not 3-2.

Newcastle:- They did not play through pressing game but tiote and cabaye really tore us apart when we lost 3-0

When we won the league last to last year,we were very successful at OT...because teams came with negative attitude and always were on back foot this gives time to our midfield to play with authority and control the match.

But,now the picture has changed i bet now that every team will come at OT with positive attitude and play with higter intensity to get a good result.We could had still got results if we had a solid defense with the same Vidic who lifted the 19th trophy.but sad part is our defense is also very fragile

With current squad the only solution we have is to play 3 in midfield any three with carrick in the deep holding position covering our week defense.

And also its time we give tom and ando some responsibility, we can all see how sterling is playing at the age of 17 when he is given that responsibility..I think tom atleast tom has the ability to be a great midfielder but only if he is geven chance.And if we planning to buy then better buy in January.

I am not liking the way we are dominated by these teams again and again and thats why i wrote this to share my frustration.

What are the possible solutions according to you guys.
