Tour right now looks like:
Jul-18-2012: vs AmaZulu or Golden Arrows in Durban, South Africa
Jul-21-2012: vs Ajax Cape Town in Cape Town, South Africa
Jul-25-2012: vs Shanghai Shenhua in Shanghai, China
Aug-05-2012: vs Valerenga in Oslo, Norway
Last year had five games in the US between Jul-13 and Jul-30, then the Scholes testimonial a few days prior to the Charity Shield. Jul-16 and Jul-30 in the US and Mexico, then in Dublin few days prior to the Charity Shield for a minor friendly before the Shield. No Shield this year.
It seems likely that something gets scheduled between Jul-25 and Aug-05, one would think in Asia. It would be odd to fly out to region that's so important in marketing terms and just have one game. 2009 saw them play four times in what was scheduled to be in four different countries but was altered due to the bombings.
We haven't been to Japan since 2005. It will be very interesting to see if they schedule one there after playing in China. :)
