Live Internationals Thread: World Cup Qualifying

Stay connected for news and updates

There are a plethora of internationals around the world today and most of them are World Cup qualifiers for Brazil 2014. Tom Cleverley will be starting for England, Robin van Persie for Holland, Nani for Portugal and Patrice Evra for France. Javier Hernandez (Chicharito) and Antonio Valencia are expected to feature later today for Mexico and Ecuador, respectively. Jonny Evans also went the full 90 minutes today for Northern Ireland in a loss to Russia. This last bit of news is fantastic as that means we have another central-defender regaining fitness.

Feel free to use this thread if you're watching any of the matches today. I likely won't be around for the European qualifiers in the next few hours but I may drop in for the USA qualifier at Jamaica (8:00pm EST). For fans of the USMNT, be sure to check out SB Nation's new blog Stars and Stripes FC. Enjoy everyone!
