The shuffling of loan deals continues for Manchester United's youngsters with the latest news being that Michael Keane's deal with Leicester City has been extended through January while Jesse Lingaard has been recalled. The East Midland's side is in contention for promotion to the Premier League as they currently sit 5th in the Championship table. The 19-year-old Keane, United's 2011-12 Reserves Player of the Year, was injured in November but he's recently returned to Nigel Pearson's side. Thus far, the defender has made two appearances for the Foxes. If he ends up being an important player for them in January, it's feasible that his loan deal is further extended until the season's end. Currently, Leicester have the best defensive record in their division with only 23 league goals conceded from 26 matches.

Lingaard only made five appearances for Leicester, all of which were substitute roles. The 20-year-old midfielder has yet to make a first-team appearance for United.
